Prerequisites or Requirements: You will need a Google Business Profile that is already set up and verified. Please refer to SOP 100: Set Up A New Google Business Profile account, if you have not done so.
Why this is important: A transfer of ownership is crucial for your clients or business owners to take full control of the profile. For instance, the owner of the Google Business Profile is the only one who can delete the account, which supersedes a manager role.
